Is Prospero GDPR Compliant?

As you may have heard from your other favorite apps, new data protection laws are being launched all over the world (including GDPR in Europe).

We wanted to be clear as to what we are doing to make sure your data and privacy are safe, and how we’re working to be GDPR compliant.

Here are the steps we’ve been taking:

  • Updated our privacy policy with all the data that we are collecting, and who we are sharing that data with.
  • Made sure that all of our suppliers are GDPR compliant, so you know that our app servers and data bases protect your data properly.
  • You are now able to delete your account permanently including all of its records from our other suppliers such as analytics and CRM.
  • You may ask for all of your personal data, which we’ll export and send to you.

  • Account Deletion. You can delete your Prospero account anytime from your profile page. You can also email us your request at [email protected] and we will take care of it within 48 hours.
