Milestones

After reviewing your current website, I propose a one-month project to complete, edit, and test your new web design. The first step after entering into the contract would be to arrange an onboarding meeting, where I can walk you through the process, and you can tell me what you expect and want from the new site.

From there, the timeline would look like this:

Milestone 1: Concept and design meeting on day one

Milestone 2: First draft of basic web layout on day three (chance for feedback)

Milestone 3: Second draft of website layout on day seven (chance for feedback)

Milestone 4: One or two days for edits

Milestone 5: Review of updated website- meeting on day 10 to discuss additional features available through Wix and next design steps

Milestone 6: First draft of the completed website shared on day 14 (chance for feedback and edit requests)

Milestone 7: Up to four days for edits and final tweaks

Milestone 8: Second draft complete website no later than day 18

Milestone 9: One-week testing period

Milestone 10: Final review meeting by day 25

Milestone 11: Onboarding and familiarization meeting for staff when the final product is approved

Milestone 12: Website launch by day 28

Terms and Conditions

By hiring my services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

A 25% payment is required upfront, with a further 25% payment at agreed-upon milestones during the project.
You have 100% ownership of the website once full payment is received.
Tweaks and edit requests should be submitted within [X] days of the project launch.
